Magdalena Sławińska-Rzemek is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagellonian University in Krakow. She obtained her master's degree in 2005.
In 2007, she completed her postgraduate studies in the field of International Business at the School of Business and Management at Krakow University of Economics.

Magdalena has gained experience as:

• a lawyer at Wojciech Sobczak law firm
• an assistant to a tax advisor at ECDDP Spółka Doradztwa Podatkowego Sp. z o. o.
• a tax advisor at Legalsupport sp. o.o.
• the coordinator of the Legal Program of the Cognosco Foundation
• a tax advisor and head of the department of tax specialists at inFakt sp. o.o.

Magdalena is also a trainer in the field of taxes and social security and is the author of many publications on this topic
